I made a post similar to this one last year, so i'm sure a lot of you are already familiar with the tweak. Below are the presently tested and working ip up till the moment of publishing this post. I know trying them out one by one can be tiring, but if you really need and want to use this tweak i'm sure you'll be able to spare maybe 10min of your time to try them out, so as to know which is the best amongst them.

Launch Psiphon, in the handler menu, just right below proxy server, input either of the below addresses:
instagram.com or mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136
Other settings should be left the way they were.
