Mtn recently launched a new weekend data plan just like airtel did some weeks back. Airtel's plan was capped 1gb and goes for a #100 buck, while Mtn decided to triple the data and the price, making it 3gb for #300 bucks. My two cent about this plan? This is obviously a great offer, the only ish there is to the plan is the 'weekend' they embedded to it. That is so not cool! well, that was obviously the reason it came cheap.
Like i said earlier it's a plan and not a tweak whatsoever, so it'll will work on all Internet enabled devices ''Ios, Android Windows,Kindle smartphones'' you name it.
NOTE: It’s specifically meant for weekend which means if you subscribe Friday it will end Sunday, but if you subscribe on Sunday, it expires next week Sunday 11:59PM (usable only during weekends).
To opt-in to the plan, simply dial *131*1*5# and make sure yo have #300 or above on your sim.
